Subprocessors
Effective Date: 10 August 2026 Service: ETL Console Owner: Igor Bobritskii PR Novi Sad Contact: support@etlconsole.com
This page explains how ETL Console (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may use third-party service providers and subprocessors to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the Service.
This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Data Usage & Security Policy.
1. What Is a Subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that may process personal data or customer-related information on our behalf in order to help us provide the Service.
Subprocessors may support functions such as:
hosting;\ database infrastructure;\ email delivery;\ payments;\ analytics;\ error monitoring;\ backups;\ support communications;\ security;\ service operations.
2. Our Use of Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, bill, monitor, or improve ETL Console.
Subprocessors may process limited data depending on their role, such as:
account data;\ billing and subscription data;\ technical logs;\ application usage events;\ email address and email content;\ infrastructure data;\ customer metadata;\ configuration data;\ support communications;\ customer source data only where necessary for hosting or processing the Service.
We require subprocessors to protect data using appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

4. Customer Source Data and Analytics Providers
We do not intentionally provide customer source tables, rejected rows, connection credentials, table contents, SQL results, or database record values to analytics providers.
Analytics events are intended to be general product usage events, such as page views, button clicks, feature usage, and workflow actions.
Customers should not include secrets, credentials, or sensitive values in names, labels, notes, comments, or other fields that may appear in logs or usage events.
5. Infrastructure Providers
For Hosted SaaS, infrastructure providers may host systems where customer metadata, configurations, logs, encrypted credentials, and rejected rows may be stored or processed as part of the Service.
Rejected rows are stored only where explicitly enabled by the user and are subject to the retention settings described in our Privacy Policy and Data Usage & Security Policy.
6. Changes to Subprocessors
We may update this page when subprocessors are added, replaced, removed, or materially changed.
Where required by applicable law or our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide notice of material changes to subprocessors.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor within 15 days of notice if the objection is based on reasonable data protection grounds.
If we cannot reasonably resolve the objection, the customer may stop using the affected part of the Service or terminate the affected Service, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable subscription terms.
7. On-Premise Enterprise Deployments
For on-premise Enterprise deployments, subprocessors may differ from the Hosted SaaS version.
Customer-controlled infrastructure providers, hosting providers, databases, backups, monitoring tools, networks, and internal service providers are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in a separate written Enterprise agreement.
